instead of smoking I decided to put in some feet work on the road. ran to the park & back. roughly about 4.5 miles collectively. I actually surprised myself with my time on the way there. running is my preferred method relieving stress & honestly works better than anything else for me. Cant wait to get into some new running shoes & sign up for my first 5k. My shoes are old but for now they’ll get the job done. I always forget how much I love running until I get back out there.

It literally feels like Im flying at times. Running against the wind makes me reminisce of life & those feelings of running against the wind, uphill, etc. pushing myself past my perceived limits mentally, spiritually, & physically. It strengthens me in so many ways.

Anywho I guess I can smoke a bit after such a bomb run right??
